To further enhance the sense of responsibility and leadership capabilities of middle-level managers, and to solidify the "core strength" for the high-quality development of the enterprise, Hong'an Group recently organized a special training program titled "Uniting for Responsibility, Empowering for Leadership" to enhance the capabilities of middle-level managers. General managers from various centers of the group led middle-level management personnel to gather together, where they underwent systematic learning and practical discussions to cultivate a sense of responsibility and refine management skills, injecting new momentum into the implementation of the group's strategy.


This training closely focuses on the two core concepts of "synergizing" and "empowering", addressing the capability shortcomings of middle-level cadres in areas such as strategy implementation, team management, and problem-solving. It invites senior industry experts to deliver lectures, adopting a diversified approach of "theoretical teaching + case analysis + group discussion + scenario simulation". The content covers key modules such as role positioning, efficient team building, collaborative communication, risk prevention and control, and decision-making thinking.


The training focuses on the core topic of "Responsibility and Leadership". It delves into the concept of "accountability" which goes beyond "completing tasks" and emphasizes "result-oriented" thinking to break through job boundaries - from "doing one's own job" to "taking overall responsibility", from "doing it" to "making it happen", and from "blaming others" to "reflecting internally". In addition to mindset reshaping, the training places greater emphasis on "empowerment and implementation". It addresses the challenges faced by middle managers in high-frequency scenarios such as team motivation and cross-departmental collaboration, and includes relevant practical simulation exercises: using case simulations to explore resource competition in cross-departmental and hierarchical collaborations, and practicing communication strategies of "seeking common ground while reserving differences and focusing on win-win outcomes".
